Shale gas exploration impeded by Polish law
According to Polish regulations, companies wishing to conduct exploration of shale gas are required to specify the wells depth at the stage of application for a gas exploration concession. According to the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna Journal, changing the depth of wells in the concession is a long and very costly process.
