As the first Polish company we are registered, since 2005, to the Community Independent Transaction Log (CITL) and have an account No FR121.1193.0 in the French registry SERINGAS. We are member of the BlueNext exchange in Paris.

If you are included in the National Allocation Plan (NAP),

Your company participates in the European Emissions Trading Scheme and is obliged to account for allowances which are equal to its actual emissions on a yearly basis.
 
In case if you do not meet this obligation, you can be fined and your account will be blocked until your legal requirements are met. It is important to constantly monitor your emissions to meet legal requirements.
Using allowances you have been granted, you can increase your profits by selling them at the best price at the most suitable moment.

Your company has a surplus of European Union Allowances. What can you do?

If your company emitted less CO2 than it has allowances granted, those allowances can be held as a reserve or sold in the market.

 There are a few means to sell allowances in the market. We offer brokerage in:

2. transactions in the OTC market
3. transactions on exchanges

In order to benefit from knowledge of the market, anonymity and liquidity, the participants of the European Emissions Trading Scheme generally use brokers to access the OTC market or exchanges. Since implementation of the scheme in January 2005, 80% of all transactions have been conducted through specialized brokerage companies. 
 
Your company has not enough European Union Allowances. What can you do?

In a situation when you do not have enough European Union Allowances, there are a few means to buy the quantity of allowances you need.
